I think that what you want to do will not be encouraged here. There are many here that do not like the idea of making "replica" chips, which can be confused with the real chips and in some cases sold as genuine chips when they are not.

Also, a major manufacturer, like Chipco, will likely require a release or authorization from a copyright holder to use a name like "Dunes".
