The catalog for the annual Bruce Landau Memorial Auction is nearly complete, so here’s all of the pertinent information…

If you are interested in purchasing a catalog before the convention, send a check for $15 (made out to CC&GTCC) to Mike Quinlivan, P.O. Box 249, Atwood, CA 92811. As soon as the black & white catalog is printed, it will be mailed to you via priority mail.

As in the past couple of years, when the catalog is completed a four-color version in .pdf format will be made available for viewing and downloading at the Club’s website. The date of the upload will be announced on the Club bulletin board.

We will not be taking bids prior to the convention this year. Instead, club members will have the opportunity to request a proxy bid for any lot in the auction. We are requesting that any club member that would like a member of the auction committee to serve as proxy bidder, that the club member may email their proxy bids to Auction Chairman Barry Weintraub at barrychip@aol.com or fax them to 818-752-1448. Please make sure you indicate the lot #, the starting bid, and your maximum bid for each lot. Of course, please include your name, address, and club membership number. Proxy bids must be received no later than Thursday August 2, 2007.
