The USPS has created a monster. OK, so we all expected an increase, not a rip-off. For the past two months we all have speculated and put in our two cents worth regarding the new rates, and still confusion reigns. All I do know is more than doubling the cost to mail one chip in a bubble mailer is outrageous. Has anyone actually emailed or written to the USPS about this?
