I mailed four #0 bubble envelopes yesterday at the old Post Office in Roseville - they were slightly over one oz. I was charged $1.30 for each of them - the clerk explained that since they were over 1/4 inch thick they had to go as packages. Today I went to the other Post Office in Roseville and I was charged $.97 for each of them. The funniest thing was I also sent one to Canada and it only cost $1.00 for first class - just crazy.
