Barring any major problems, Sarah and I are moving. NOT TO VEGAS (I wish tho) but 2.5 miles down the street. We are in the process of buying a new TownHouse that is finishing up being built. More space in LR and with 2.5 baths, now I won't be knocking on the door !!! lol
Our condo has gotten so small (along with being tired of walking up 3 flights of stairs). The one thing I'm going to miss is my mortgage payment -> $415.00 !!! Yes not a joke. That's what I've been paying.
So if you can spare 1 or 2 extra drinks (an hr a day )for me while we are in Vegas at the Convention, that would be great !!!
