Paul, it is varying from post office to post office, sometimes even from clerk to clerk within the same post office. I mailed a 1-ounce bubble mailer today, with one chip in it, for $1.13. Last week at the same branch, but with a different clerk, it was 80 cents. I also have paid 58 cents at a different branch since the rates went up. The most common rate has been $1.13, at least from my experience.
