The "guy" is a long time club member and former VP of the A.C. Collectors Club. He also has 100% feedback. I will admit it doesn't look good on the suface, but IM sure his intention wasn't to take Michael for a few dollars. Since he hasn't posted his side I can only go by what I have seen from Michael.

I had a similar incident where I didn't receive an item that was scanned. I was told to keep the item and received a full refund. Had it not gone that way I don't think I would have wasted all this time and energy for a few dollars. There are bigger problems to worry about.
