refund had he not lied several times about the chip. His story has changed several times so I feel as if i was deceived. He used the wrong scan first so I asked to see the scan of the chip he sent me. That email went unanswered. Then after several emails I posted here to get an opinion and response which seemed to work. Then he emailed me to tell me the scan was a mistake and he didnt have the chip. Then I got another email stating that chip was in his collection. I am not interested in the money. That is why I will report it to ebay about not receiving the chip posted, just this piece of crap.

I would like to thank Charles and John for their comments, that just fueled the fire. If John was such a stand up guy he should have responded here. Why should I have to send him the chip first, I dont trust him.

I just want the chip in the scan. Nothing else will suffice.
