I have known Jack Heiman for many years, he was a fellow officer of the Atlantic City Casino Collectibles Club. As far as I know, he has never had any problems with anyone. Period. People are allowed to make mistakes, which is what appeared to have happened in this case and a refund was offered. Jack, might have another example of that chip in his collection and it is probably not for sale. I think you jumped the gun and tried and convicted an innocent person. If you had done that to me publicly, I would have come back at you with an even stronger response and with a CCGTCC ethics violation claim. Everyone makes mistakes and when that occurs, they have to make it right. Jack offered a refund, which is what is required in this situation. I think you owe Jack and the readers of this board an apology for your poor behavior (making a private matter public unnecessarily) and name calling. Jack Heiman is an outstanding guy. It is, however, unfortunate that he resorted to name calling after you jumped on him. But his comments were made privately and it was who you aired them in public. Next time work out your deals privately. Take it public only after you cannot get a satisfactory resolution in order to let others know about potential bad guys that we should avoid.
