If you paid with paypal you can get your money back. The chances of actually getting the chip as shown in the auction are SLIM & NONE. Slim died and NONE left town. The seller should be barred from eBay for fraudulent misrepresentation but the battle probably is not worth it! There are many instances where what you see is NOT what you get----UNFORTUNATELY!
