I recently won an auction for a $1 Horseshoe chip. Here is the chip that was in the listing:

Then I had to laugh at what his opinion of a bubble mailer is:

Now you tell me what I should do. I asked for an expalnation and this was it. "I have always shipped like that and I stated the chip was used". I asked to see the chip he had listed and his rebuttal was "Mail back the chip first and I will refund your money". I dont care about the money, I want the chip listed in the auction. Any thoughts on this matter.....
