back in 2001, I know something about the property. Although Ron is correct, there are nothing but cotton fields and casinos there, you should try Tunica once. The property itself is quite large. There are actually three hotels within the Grand property. The Grand Hotel and Terrerce Hotel are the better of the three hotels but The Veranda is not bad. I lived at The Veranda for six weeks as part of my relocation package. The Grand was two decent restaurants: LB's Steakhouse (which is where I was the Chef) and Murano's. Both have a casino gourmet room feel to them. If you golf, Cottonwoods is a fun course to play. I liked playing there because there are no woods to hit into!! They also have a Sporting Clays facility. If you into skeet shooting (or not) its a really fun way to kill a afternoon. They say it's one of the best of its kind worldwide. I would also visit the Horseshoe and GoldStrike casinos. Both are great properties and not to far from The Grand. Have a great time!!!!!
