Here are some BJ samples. I found them in a closet in the poker room at the LV Hilton in 2006, there was a trash can full of little gems. They had been there for years, probably during Tom Bowlings term as poker manager in the late 80's or early 90's.

Not sure when BJ offered them and not sure if BJ made them. They might have been made at Burt for distribution.
