Too late. I read that she had a DUI, then drove with a suspended license and received probation. She went to jail when she drove again with a suspended license, thereby violating that probation. My understanding is that the sentence is for violating probation, not for driving with a suspended license. What good would it do to give her probation again when she just ignored it the first time? To me, the whole thing is ridiculous, except to the extent that she may have received special treatment due to her wealth or (undeserved) celebrity status.
