...and didn't do jail time. I'm not defending Paris Hilton, but I don't think the "crime" deserved jail time. I don't think the 70 year old judge wants justice as much as he wants his 15 minutes of fame. A colossal waste of taxpayer money. A huge fine and probabtion would've been more appropriate and beneficial to the state.
