Tthe first time I went to veags about 3 years ago, I took my wife and a couple of friends to the Steakhouse inside the Paris Casino (not the one with the outdoor patio view).

It was the best meal I have ever had in Vegas, great service and the food was truly incredible. I've been back twice since then with similar reuslts, but not incredible. I think the first time was the best. Stellar restaurant, but difinitely not on the inexpensive side.

Don't get the two steakhouses in Paris confused. They've added a new one with a view of the strip with a french sounding name. It ain't that one. This one is on the other side of the bathroom and is entirely inside the Casino proper.
