Scott, all those listed are great choices. The bottom line is... the bottom line. How much do you want to spend. My suggestion....We got comped a month or so ago at Dan Marinos new restaruant at Hooters. Sounds kinda sports bar BUT it is a very nice place and the food was AWESOME! We have eaten all over Vegas and this one ranked up top. Mind you I have never paid over $50 for a steak dinner though LOL! We both had all u can eat ribs they run about 17 bucks each and those were the meatiest and best tasting ribs I have had in a long time. Great side dishes also.

As for Red Rock, awesome place. We play there alot. I actually met Tommy Lee there on opening weekend. He was going to the Club Cheri (I think that is the name of it). Well worth seeing. From the Stratosphere is shouldn't cost $20 in cab fare each way (my guess). I am a couple miles from the airport and including tip it runs about $15. Hope that helps. cd
