Best restaurant I've tried is Guy Savoy in the new Agustus Tower at Caesars Palace. He has a 3-star restaurant in Paris. You will not find better service anywhere. Wine list is fantastic. Allow 2-3 hours for your meal and be prepared for a $300-500 check for two if you go.
