I'm off to Vegas before long and wondered where the best place to eat is?

It would be an evening meal for my partner and me, so we wanted one special night at a very nice restaurant (nothing tacky).

Also, can anyone tell me how far it is to the Red Rock resort?
Is it easy to get there and how much roughly in a taxi.
