Even after my searches, enough of the chips are obscure enough just from looking at the chip, without any background, that I end up doing a search of all new chips in individual casino chips, and am distracted by 10% to 20% card guards and poker chips. Not to mention all the other flotsom and jetsom.
I know it doesn't effect a lot of collectors, but it drives me up the wall, all because some auctioners are to obtuse to properly categorize their auctions appropriately. The same thing is happening in the Slot Machines category. There's a category for Machines, with subcategories for antique, modern, and skill stop. There's also a category under Machines for Parts. 90% of the parts are actually in the antique machine category, and 50% of the listings are for parts, not machines. I don't get it.
