From my observation of reports from around the country ... attendance at most clubs are down significantly ... which is why I don't think moving the convention around the country is a very good idea. Too much burn-out on the part of dealers who book table space at these shows and people attending them.... not to mention the people who work on putting the shows together.

There was some talk about the club doing two conventions a year ... which is very nice for the attendees to simply show up ..., but as most experienced show goers know, there is much more involved than simply securing a site and setting a date.
