In California, you get at LEAST 48 hours for the first DWI. Granted, they sometimes count going in at 11:59 PM one day, and getting out at 6AM the next day, the second day of the sentence...but the penalties you outline don't reflect CA law/penalties in any way. And at the 4th DWI, it becomes a felony. Regardless of whether all 4 have been no-injury/accident DWI's.
