The inlay on the asian does appear to be Burt but I think it is USPC.

I have the two chips below as being from the same place even though they have different translations. The white (like Steve's green) I have as Make Big Fortune (Da Sheng Cai). I have the red as Grow Big Fortune (Da Fa Cai).

However Steve's green has the same size inlay as my red. Maybe the smaller inlays are Burts. However, usually Burt inlay graphics have also been proportionally reduced which leads me to believe that it is also a USPC.

Besides the Great Provider, the Montmartre is a Burt.
