I would like to congratulate Wayne for eaking out an election victory over Joe. I can certainly understands Joe's statement about the election being tainted and everything. When you lose a close one it's a hard pill to swallow. What would make this right? Let's see and somebody please help me if my math is wrong, Wayne sent out 114 postcards, I know! Let's take those 114 votes away from Wayne and give them to Joe! Ok Wayne's 400 minus 114 leaves Wayne with 286. Add those 114 to Joe's 27 and you get 141.
