The chips were NOT made. You saw a 'pre-sale' which used the artwork for these chips. I won the auction and after waiting a month and giving a lot of grief I got a refund with a BS message "Sorry, my friend that worked 'on-set' could not get them"

Per Hard Rock - The chips were turned down by gaming, and the event was held using the regular HR NCV chips.

5 No Value souvenir chips were made and sold at the event. They do not say Hard Rock but they were pictured on a flyer for the event.
I have a set but no traders.
