When i first started collecting Florida chips i made a trade with Rick Miner. I got the chip from the trade but these were in the mailer as well! They are a few of my first illegals from Florida. I asked what these were for. He told me that he likes thinking about how happy someone must be when they get unexpected chips in the mail and that it makes him happy! Not just because he gave me somthing, but Rick was just flat out NICE.
