In fact, more than 10% of the auctions in 'Casino Chips>Individual' aren't even casino chips. They are card protectors, 'collectible' poker chips, poker chip sets (all three of which have their own categories), shirts, CD's, calendars, computer chips, decorated flower pots, and a lot of stuff not casino chips.
Despite the eBay rule for using the correct category, eBay pretty much doesn't monitor or care.
