Kurt - 2131 S. Cicero Ave., Cicero, IL is the exact location. I recall these chips shipped to a mail drop across the street, but the club was at 2131. The Rock Garden was the Capone organization's big gambling operation in the 1930s. The chips aren't rare, but a lot of history there. Those are the earliest version, ordered in 1934.
