So I got a new email address and tried to change it in eBay. Found the spot to change it and I changed it and entered their security code. Next screen says I have to provide a credit card number. It says they won’t charge to it but that the need it. Well they are not getting it. Any ideas to work around this problem? I don’t have a large amount of feedback but I hate to lose what I have if I start a new account. Even if I start a new account will they want a CC number?
