This is not correct.
The "Inferior quality" had nothing to do with a rush to get the 2nd boat up and running.
You said you worked on the 1st ship.
Here is a question for you.
Why would the casino people allow the "float" to go to sea with only the ships crew on it and no casino people?
I'm told the "float" was in the $300,000 area.
