Interesting. It looks like a problem getting to the backbone (level3 - 196ms) and then again getting from the backbone to Greg's server network (the hops it can't identify). The ping is not telling, but I was hoping that you would do a "ping thechipboard.com" to see that it can translate thechipboard.com into the IP address. I can see that it does through the traceroute and identify the IP address correctly.

Let's see what Ricky comes up with.
