Again, presuming all facts as you present them to be accurate, what you have presented does not raise to the level of a violation of the ethical rules. He expressed a view, something he is entitled to do (admittedly he frequently does, and is often wrong
). You don't like what he said, so you wanted him to retract it. The view expressed while not universally shared is by no means without support among certain factions. I would concede that he has greater knowledge than many, the fact that he could use it to another's disadvantage does not mean that he had. You have presented no evidence, let alone a specific example of where he had done this. Even if he had violated the ethical code, it would not be up to the person filing the claim to determine the appropriate punishment.
