I look at this bickering as a minor pain.Most of the members I have dealt with and who have posted on here seem to be great people.There are pains in the ass in every hobby.Most of the negative things I happen to check out on here, drag on a bit too long in my opinion ,BUT.....that's life.I usually read the first couple of the posts in which I can see that the subject might be a bit touchy,and then when it starts to get crazy with name calling and accusations,I just stop reading because I get bored with the negatives.I would much rather read about the good things instead of the bad.
This reminds me of when people complain about certain books or TV programs or movies because of their subject matter....My whole philosophy is:if you are annoyed or upset over the content,then just don't read/watch it.I know that no one is twisting my arm to look at these posts.If I don't want to read them...I just don't,because I would rather dwell on the positives. HOWEVER....after saying all that....if anyone goes after me or someone I care about,I will after them like a spawn of the devil:>)
After saying all of that though....we are supposed to be adults right?This bickering could dissuade new members from joining so it might be a good idea to think before we write.
Again.....my opinion.....
