No, I ship as is. That is where you may want to go with the CRO_NEL, but that is hard to get ( I was not sucessful at getting it) and it was very pricy. If you saw this and felt the cardboard you would not say that. When you flip it over to seal you have a double protection. It looks thin but its very protective.

The trick to this is that it is entirely flat and even so when it goes through the machine it shoud handle it. I have been doing some test on just plan thick printer paper before I got this and did not have a problem with them. I had to be sure the chip was securely tape down, with this there is no worry, it will not move.

You make your own call and what you want to do. This is what I'm going to use on 1-2 chip trades and will back it up.
