Which is why Mike's solution of offering to having the club label and mail correspondence to the people on the DNP list was a pretty reasonable solution in that it evened the field for the candidates without further compromising the information of members on the DNP list.

About the only thing that I think should have been done differently (after the initial error was discovered) was that the offer should have been to send out the mailing to any member on the DNP list not just the ones that Wayne choose to send mailings to, after all Wayne had the opportunity to choose which members to send the mailing to so should the other candidates. However thats a minor point.
