I read your message to imply that as Claims Director I could have consiidered the following Club's Ethics provisions: "2) To conduct myself so as to bring no discredit to the Club or to impair the prestige of the Club or its members.
(3) To base all of my dealings on the highest plane of justice, fairness and morality.
(5) To take immediate steps to correct any error I make in any transaction."

To the extent that you are implying that I did not do so, let me assure you and everyone else in the club that I considered each of the proviisons in determining that there was no violation of the Club's rules. Perhaps I am misreading your message.
