The only persons with a valid complaint would be those persons who received a mailing, but were on the DNP list. However, it appears that only three raised the issue.
Technically this is incorrect.he DNP list is not a do not mail list. It is a Do not Publish List.
Therefore any person who was on the list (and did not want their address made public) is actually in the class of people with a valid complaint regardless of whether they received a post card or not since their address was published.
That doesn't really affect your conclusions, but I think its important to remember that the damage here was the loss of privacy by members who had their personal info released to others, not that they received a postcard.
