are no good anymore either. When I went to the USPS two days ago the guy had me put my Global Priority in a Domestic Priority envelope. I questioned this practice and had to have the guy bring another clerk to confirm that it would make it to AU. They still have the envelopes laying out for consumption, but they won't mail them??? No One seems to know anything at the post office anymore.

On a side note...

Does everyone know that these recent and previous hikes are all in combatants to EMAIL...8-10 years ago the USPS released a statement that EMAIL had killed there business. The sending of simple letters, invitations, and thank you’s plummeted as the country became familiar with the internet and AOL. They originally wanted to find a way to charge for EMAILs...with that an impossibility, we now get hit at the post office.

I guess we can blame it all on Al Gore, thanks for inventing the internet…
