While I have had poorly packaged (i.e. in plain envelopes) items arrive mangled and/or missing items, today I had a new experience. A padded heavy brown envelope with a delivery confirmation arrived, and was empty when opened. Looking hard at the parcel, it looked like the flap was pulled open, the package emptied, and then bent, re-using the flap to half-a**ed reseal it. Has anyone else experienced this, or should I be taking a long, hard look at my local post office?
