I had to pick up a registered letter last week and the postal clerk talked my into buying some of these along with the 2¢ and forever stamps I was buying. She did not have to twist my arm too hard. I also had a bubble mailer to send and I asked her what gives with the 80¢ 113¢ controversy. She told me everyone is confused because the postal workers did not get any training on the new rates. As she understands the new rules, if it bends it is 80¢ and if it is rigid it is 113¢. By the way I got two bubble mailer this week one with 113¢ postage and one with 39¢ postage.
