The trip that I took in January included going to Paymon's. Both myself and my cohort-in-crime (aka the girlfriend of 25+ years) both enjoyed it a lot. We both enjoy the buffet at the Mirage, Cravings. (We also love Chipotle, which is the best cheap-eats on the Strip, personally speaking.) We're coming back in September, the Venetian sent me a notice of two free nights (!!!) at their resort, and we're going to make close to a full week of it.
