You are right .... so long as it is a non-violent crime it should be OK. BTW the ENRON bunch and Martha Stewart didn't actually kill anyone. I guess they should have been in California where they would have had a pretty fair chance of gettin' off!

Actually.... Giving her NO, ZERO, NADA, NOTHING in the news, press, radio, anything for a year would have been better. Publicity is what drives her, she already has the money and the fame. What she does and says for the 23 days in jail will be reported on every 15 minutes for 3 months! NO NEWS and she would dry up and blow away. Even OJ wants back in the limelight with his book.
