I just got a video poker machine for $100, because no one had keys or knew how to open it, etc. I got it open and everything seems to be in order,including the bill changer, but the screen says 'check signal cable'.

Any one know how to do that? There are no schematics, just the payout ledger.

I assume it has a bad board or monitor, as there is a burned image on the monitor.
