There seemed to be confusion at my post office too. I mailed 3 packages out today. The first one they said was a Flat and printed a .80 meter strip.. then they changed their mind and decided to call it a parcel.. printing another .33 meter strip. By the second package they had the rate down at 1.13.. telling me this was a small parcel, but they couldn't explain to me the distinction between a Flat and a small parcel. If I put the #000 bubble mailer inside a 9x11 envelope will that then make it a flat? The third package was going to Germany and that one was the bargain of the day at only $1.07. I may have to rethink my $1 shipping rate anywhere in the world for chip sales on Ebay.. at least for domestic shipments. I may just sell more boxes and bags of coins instead.. that $8.95 Flat Rate box is still a smoking deal.. especially when you you usually pack 45 to 52 pounds in one like I do.
