After all of the persuasion and well-intended advice offered to chippers to use padded mailers for mailing their chips as a matter of prevention against broken ... or "missing" chips that have been wedged out of plain mailing envelopes ... I think we're now going to experience a return of seeing more of these damaged items as many collectors are going to resort to their old ways of maling a chip or two in plain white envelopes.
