This is a very hard rate hike and it hurts, but so does the price of gas that is driving a lot of these and many other items in the grocery stores that will soon go up.

This has never been done by the USPO and that is why there is so much confusion. They all went to a class to understand all of this and I begin to wonder who missed the class or did not understand it too.
