Before I auctioned Casino Chips, I sold alot of Philatelic Material, Books, Old Magazines and Bound Documents. I used Bound and Printed materials postage rate, which was for Books, magazine's, news papers, etc... (some of the postal clerks didn't even know about this rate) It was cheaper than media mail.

Media mail postage rate was suppossed to be for video's, cassettes, CD's etc... Or at least that is the way it was Pre-5/14...
