You stated - I ship almost all of my items through paypal, anybody done that after the postal increase? My reasons are very simple. I get a conf. del. for 14 cents. I have not paid a surcharge. I get paypal protection. I get a record of the shipment. I pay for all that. But has paypal adjusted its fees?

Just before the increase - I got up to 5 Bubble envelops with Paypal Conformation delivery and they were Not 3/4" thick - I had to pay Postage Due of $2 to $3+ for each - That part is out of Paypals hands
