Dauphin Island ferry is operational last I checked. Hard Rock is now scheduled for 7/7/07 for the opening date (auspicious, no?) and I intend to be there that Saturday. Harrah's will be announcing their plans this morning in Biloxi on the new resort they'll be building, and Jimmy Buffett will be there as well (meaning there's likely going to be a Margaritaville). There are two projects underway, Bacaran Bay (an all-suite hotel/casino/condo project) and the Royal D'Iberville Casino and Hotel, to be built near the I-10/I-110 exchange and would be the first casino you'd reach heading into Biloxi. There's also the Bayview Casino Resort that'll be next to Boomtown in progress, and plans to rebuild at the old President Casino location.
