I buy a chip for a few dollars from a fellow member. I didn't notice put his ad said Insurance is mandatory and wouldn't accept I'll be responsible if I don't pay it. The kicker is the chip comes with no insurance. I e-mailed and said I held up my end of the deal and paid for insurance and you don't insure it. The answer is I self insure. I never looked at John Panzica's auctions again. So for that extra 1.30 he may have lost more.
